MyQDOT™ Tracker provides a flexible way for you to share
information with the community by using the GPS location coordinates
provided by the satellites revolving around our Earth.
At any point in time, there are at least 4 satellites providing
GPS data to your mobile device such as your iPhone. Therefore, the
data received will always contain errors as the signals enter the
Earch's atmosphere, due to many factors. MyQDOT™ Tracker shows
the error calculated in the status bar at the bottom of the screen with
a little triangle symbol called a Delta. This error value could sometimes
be up to 200 metres, depending on your location and interference obstacles
surrounding your position such as buildings.
Because of the unpredictable nature of the GPS signals, the application
allows you to manually adjust your posted feature, by dragging the icons
to the exact location that you want.
You can achieve this by first posting the feature, then touch the icon
with your finger (becareful not to double tap as that will remove your
feature) and simply move it to the exact location that you want.
If you are moving, such on a bus or as a passenger in a vehicle, you can first pause
any location updates by touching the 
icon.
After you have corrected the position, you can tell the application to continue
with any location updates by touching the 
icon.
